Shipping Policy

If you use a shipping method other than free shipping, you must first enter the data to calculate the shipping costs on Delcampe, then via the "Shipping Rate" function you must indicate which shipping policy you will use when publishing on Delcampe. The "Free Shipping" policy is configured by default by Delcampe. If you want to use free shipping, you don't have to add any policies on the Delcampe website.

Publishing restrictions
The title has a maximum length of 120 characters. When publishing objects, characters exceeding 120 will be deleted.

Daily limit

Delcampe has a daily publication limit of 10,000 items. To see the status of the daily limit, use the Publication -> Delcampe -> Satus of Delcampe Daily Limit function (see further on).

Listing Currency
On Delcampe it is possible to choose the listing currency between EUR, GBP and USD. If you use a currency other than EUR, you can use the "Calculate Prices" function in the configuration menu to manage the exchange rate..




Status of Delcampe Daily Limit
Delcampe has a daily limit of 10,000 objects that can be published. Once this limit has been reached, publication is blocked for 24 hours when the counter is reset. Calculation of the reset time is based on the last inserted object. If for example we insert an object at 9:33:22, to have the 10,000 publishable objects again we have to wait until 9:33:22 of the following day.
