Orders List

The system collects and aggregates the orders received on all sales platforms on a single interface. Orders are kept in memory for three months. However, it is possible to export to Excel to keep an order database locally.
If you wish to have more than three months online, please contact us via the contact form. We would be happy to provide you with further information on extending the order memory.

The order list contains a powerful and fast search engine capable of filtering the data according to different specifications.

Dall'elenco degli ordini ricevuti si possono compiere diverse azioni:
1) navigare tra le pagine cliccando sui numeri di pagina o sulle frecce avanti/indietro 2) aumentare il numero di righe visualizzate (fino a un massimo di 200) 3) scegliere un filtro per visualizzare solo i dati che interessano.

Filters
To operate on the display filters, you must choose the field on which to create the filter and then enter the filter text in the "Order Search" box. For example, if we wanted to see all the orders placed on eBay IT, we would choose "Site" from the "Filter by" drop-down menu and then enter "eBay IT" in the "Order Search" box. The result is this:



We can increase the displayed rows by choosing the desired number of rows from the "Rows" drop-down menu

By clicking on the "Export to Excel" button, only the rows displayed are exported.

It is also possible to choose the type of order, just click on the title of the desired column.
